cache read token might be calculated incorrectly?

hey, great work!

i did one session of coding today, a very small project as you can see by the input/output tokens, however i don't think the cached tokens are calculated correctly. i saw ƒrom the code that they are being added by looping through each message, but something seems fishy. just thought of sharing it with oyu.

p.s. i did cursorlens.com before, and this seems to be an amazing for the calude code. maybe we should colab!
