How deep do we want to go down the graphical model rabbit hole. Should I start right at the beginning where you describe the chain rule and show the two equivalent factorizations A -> B, a <- B and then go on from there or should we introduce it later on?

Good question; I was thinking it would come in in a separate section, referring back to the equations in the first section, but maybe it should be threaded throughout. I guess I have to let you figure that out!
