About AI DENTE cannot be used after launching

The system version of 17 macbookpros is big Sur11.01. After opening it after installation and installing the helper program, it will still be fully charged even if the charging limit is set. Secondly, there is no feedback when clicking the discharge mode button. Is this because the system version 11.01 is too Low instability, or other reasons? What do you need to investigate

Hi @1225172983,

are you using the AlDente free or AlDente Pro? Which MacBook Pros are you using? We would recommend updating to the newest version of macOS. Discharge only works, when the current charge level is above the set Charge Limit.
