Make MBeautifier compatible with Octave

This feature will be implemented when the full backend implementation is moved to Java.

I started a branch several months ago, but unfortunately I'm quite swamped :/ I will try to spend more time on this project, I swear :)

Can it be published to https://github.com/gnu-octave/packages? It can let user install it by pkg install mbeautiful more easily.
