Recommending new syntax:

python transfer.py [--quiet] NEW_OWNER_EMAIL PATH ...

This allows specifying multiple paths.

Also related to another issue (#11).

I'll leave it open, as I think this is probably a good change. I just don't have time to dive in myself. Pull requests are welcome!
