Menu extends beyond screen on small displays

My laptop screen has a resolution of 1360x768 and when the view mode is set to "Satellite," the options for arrows and projection run off the top edge of the screen, even in fullscreen mode.

Knowing the screen resolution definitely helps. I pushed out a fix to add a scrollbar, does that help?

I can scroll in Chrome with the wheel and scrollbar, but not in other browsers (tbf I only have edge as well... no scrollbar appears)

Can also now confirm scrollbar doesn't appear in Firefox either, nor can I scroll with the mouse wheel.
