[Bug 🐞]: stuck state after toggling menu bar

Bug Title 🐞

Describe the bug Once you toggle the menu bar, there is no way to restore it. there doesnt seem to be a hotkey for restoring it either; so once its gone, its gone. Reproduction Steps Steps to reproduce the behavior. just toggle it off Expected Behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. should be at least a hot key to restore it, or a remaining button to do so. Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
