Errors from paths being shortened twice

This issue was reported in jsdoc here: https://github.com/jsdoc3/jsdoc/issues/514; and solved with the following commit: https://github.com/jsdoc3/jsdoc/commit/f958ab0fd27914f4e4271907b922084e99f3bb04

However, the issue is still present in this template.

I applied the patch in the mentioned commit, to jaguarjs template, and the problem was gone (at least the one I was experiencing in my particular case).

Now the paths don't get shortened at all! This is even worse!
