Wrap up URL

based on the Universal Links access described in https://github.com/davidsansome/tsurukame/wiki/Universal-links it would be great to have one to wrap up reviews. I usually try to review for 5 minutes, and it would be great that a shortcut could use such URL to start wrap up for me after 4-5 minutes of having started the reviews.
