Information screen is sometimes blank during reviews after wrong answer

Sometimes when doing reviews, the information section that pops up after an incorrect answer is blank. When this happens, there's no way to mark a typo as a correct answer and also forces you to get the answer wrong a second time to see the correct answer (if you don't know it on the second try).

It seems to only happen when you submit an incorrect answer too quickly after submitting a correct answer, i.e. you get the meaning correct, then immediately submit an incorrect answer for the reading.
