failure to launch

Dear David,

I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with the Cross Reference add-on that I have been using for some time now. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the add-on is no longer functioning as it should, and I am having trouble using it.

The issue I am encountering is that the add-on fails to launch. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on, as well as troubleshooting the issue on my end, but nothing seems to be working.
