Standard setting of 50% of CPUs is incorrectly using ALL CPUs
I have tried using Tools -> Synchronize with Science Direct which does sync and shows no error message. But still 100% of CPUs are being used as shown in the screenshot attached.
Happy to provide any other details as needed.
This has since resolved itself. I'm very curious why for nearly a full day that 100% of ALL CPUs were being used, even though a synchronize was successful multiple times and my web settings reflected correctly in the client.
Now after 2 days I am getting 50% used on half of my CPUs. Which is not quite what the Usage Limits are actually stating is it? I would expect 50% of my CPU's would equal 3, and where only 3 cores would be 100% used, the other remaining 3 should be relatively untouched?
