Science United uses a single account (name Science United) on each project. It attaches your computer to that account, not a pre-existing account you might have on the project.
Please look at the event log (Tools / Event Log), do Select All, and send me the results.
Oops - I think the problem is that you need to install the latest version of BOINC: https://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php
Unfortunately, Science United doesn't have access to information about tasks.
