Trouble getting Taskpaper.vim to work on Win7

Probably a mistake in my installation of it, but I've triple-checked my file locations...

I can't get any of the commands to work, nor does folding seem to work.

I'm not redefining mapleader, but all \t commands only cause the error blink on the example.taskpaper file.

I'm getting syntax highlighting of the Projects and tags, but that seems to be about all that's working.

Any ideas?

I faced similar issues under Ubuntu 10.04. Found that the files have to be installed under ~/.vim directory rather than the /etc/... one. Now it works, but folding still doesn't work as expected. See my post!
