Investigate grammarly and languagetool extensions

The languagetool extension appears to have broken in a recent update (according to someone in Discord). This needs to be confirmed. Additionally, the Grammarly extension does not immediately load on page refresh, but it does work on all client-side navigation after that. This also needs to be diagnosed.
