"Pending" vs. "NotUnderstood"

In most places StorEvil uses the term “Pending” to indicate a line that it couldn’t match with a context method. However the XML output mode of the console runner uses the term “NotUnderstood” for the same thing. I’m thinking this should be changed to use “Pending” for consistency, but that’s a breaking change. Thoughts?
