Ignore Lorem Ipsum Globally

Describe the solution you'd like I would like for there to be an option to exclude lorem ipsum text from all checks. The Spell Checker extension supports adding lorem as an additional language, so it doesn't flag lorem ipsum.

Describe alternatives you've considered You can do this currently by adding each lorem ipsum word to ignore list, but that's very tedious and not ideal.

Thanks for the feature request! I'm not quite sure how to tackle this one yet. This might be something I'll approach the LT maintainers to incorporate at that level. If they're not inclined, I'll have to explore other options.
