Some resources are missing

glove.840B.300d.ARC-subset.txt is missing from the resources. Line 76 of feature_extraction.py

Will fix this ASAP. The file is just a subset of the standard GloVe vector release that's been trimmed to only those words in the ARC for faster loading.

Thanks! Meanwhile, I switched to using the entire Glove.
