Save games and configuration file etc should be somewhere under users Documents or Home folder or subfolder

This will be important since we start using installer for Windows, and also important actually for a proper packaged Mac/Linux isntall eg Debian package [EDIT - installer is on hold because crappy Baidu antivirus throws up false positives for it]
