If use "true" 320x200 fullscreen mode "-scale 1 -f" on Windows looks blurry and garbage

Not sure why. Looks fine/great if just use "-f" but it's not at 320x200 but at a higher resolution as eg Level Editor looks high resolution (though there are some visual anomalies in level editor - possibly I'm guessing maybe some code doesn't take pitch or something correctly into account somewhere?? not sure)

Should we maybe add fullscreen mode option that also [instead and/or] deliberately leaves black bar above/below or at left/right
