2 Fn keys needed

As far as I know the only way to get 2 Fn keys is by flipping Dip 3 which turns Caps Lock to Fn. However, Dip 4 position swap doesn't work for this key. I'm an Emacs user that absolutely needs this key as Ctrl. Basically I want both the left Ctrl and the original Fn to work as Fn. (If Pn layer is programmable I can work around this problem. Damn...) Any idea how to achieve this?

@developernotes Sorry I never did. I left it for home use and got a new infinity 60% which is more programmable.

Thanks, I will look into that further. It would be nice to be able to program any of the keys on the Pok3r board.
