Enhancement Request - Add Additional Site-Level Settings

Currently there are 3 site-level settings for OneTopic in Site Administration (https://{moodlesite}/admin/settings.php?section=formatsettingonetopic)

  1. Enable custom styles
  2. Enable anchor position
  3. Default value to sections navigation

These are excellent. It would be even better to have the other Settings available as site-level settings so defaults can be set at the site-level (currently, it requires editing the settings of every one-topic course someone adds to standardize settings).
