Alarm zones (with hints)
Once set your right values (mine are 44/30/26 C/P/F) then set the ± values for each macro nutrient, for example: Carbs 44% ±2%.
So I can monitoring the daily calories distribution with visual hints about where and how I can work to equalize my macro nutrients and normalize my calorie intake.
When a zone is out range then the app highlights it with red, yellow, orange colors.
Examples: • green --> proper percentage • yellow --> near right • orange --> not in the line • red --> worst scenario
In addition each macro might showing the exact percentage to achieve its green zone.
For example: Proteins +10% Carbs: -6%
and so ahead...
