I've had very little luck with the Compile Project option. Instead use Export as FX Plugin.

Select the plugin format you want and it should automatically open a terminal window and run the export. Nothing else required. I'm assuming you've already compiled HISE?

The plugin file will be somewhere in your project's Binaries folder.
