Option to output Word doc with line numbering

feature request: capacity to add line numbers via officedown so that outputted word doc has line numbers please explain the value: would be great not to have to do this manually; reviewers of manuscripts need line numbers describe the situation: i tried adding line numbers to the template file but it does not affect the officedown output be reasonable: please, if reasonably possible?

Thank you so much for contending with the microsoft word demons so we don't have to and making officedown, it's amazing what you can do with it!
