Feature request: In widescreen mode, display document manager in 2nd column

…if space permits. Tools like Scrivener provide a similar outline to make it easy to jump around in a document set. Having an option like that would make Wordgrinder a serious open-source replacement for Scrivener.

I assume the screen would have to be a certain amount wider than the "Maximum allowed width" setting to make it work properly. For example, if "Maximum allowed width" is 65, Widescreen would have to be enabled AND the window would have to be (say) 100 characters wide, to allow displaying the document manager. I don't know if it would be useful to let the user specify a column width for the document manager or not, unless you set a minimum bound (maybe 25).

You would probably want to add a keybinding to switch to the document column. I use ^D to pull it up now, anyway.
