Add more CUA keystrokes

Some useful ones I miss:

• Ctrl+A to Select All
• Ctrl+Home to beginning of document
• Ctrl+End to end of document
• Ctrl+O to Open
• Ctrl+W to Close the doc

Possible bug or unplanned behaviour:

• Ctrl+Left won't go to the beginning of the first line

Re CTRL+LEFT: seems to work for me. Which version are you using?
