Problems if fluxengine command is killed / stopped

Stopping a fluxengine read command mid stream causes things to be very confused, to the point where I have to disconnect it and turn off the drives and then connect everything up again.

Yes, this is a known problem. You end up with a partial command in the FluxEngine's buffer which throws everything out of sync. I haven't figured out how to work around this yet.
