It would be basically my dream to use a strongly typed language for gbdev.

That would be completely feasible --- the GB processor is similar to the 8080, and there's already a core for that. It would need a custom emulator to run compiler tests on but that wouldn't be hard.

It's an 8080/Z80 hybrid monster, but yeah :slightly_smiling_face: I agree it should be feasible given the goals!
