C23 support via Cake

Hello! I have recently found a post on reddit about the Cake frontend mantainer searching for anyone who would like to use Cake in their compiler.

Cake is a simple, tiny and complete C23 frontend and parser. It also supports C23 extensions such as lambdas.

I hope it is. Next week I finish school so I'll experiment a bit. Never contributed something useful before so this will be quite the experience!
