It looks not in developement. you can use mapbox. it is really good. i am using the same. https://github.com/rnmapbox/maps

Thank you Khurshid, can you please tell me if mapbox works with Arcgis map? For some reason I am restricted to use esri maps only.

mapbox is map provider library. you use any map service in react native mapbox. I am currently using map service from arcgis web service and geoserver.
