Install .crystalproj and .crystalopen icons in Linux to "hicolor" theme

...because the Free Desktop Icon Theme Specification says that this is the supported location for apps to install their icons to.

Unfortunately, due to apparent bugs in various Linux programs not recognizing the "hicolor" theme properly, especially in GNOME, I'm currently using some questionable workarounds to get icons installed.

It would be better if:

  1. bugs were filed and fixed on the various Linux programs that aren't reading from the "hicolor" theme properly
  2. Crystal actually used the "hicolor" theme at that point.
