It is common practice for installers on Windows to offer:

• Open the installed program (i.e. Crystal) after installation.
• Add a shortcut to the installed program to the desktop.

For less technical users, these options presumably make it easier to:

• Run Crystal for the first time after installing it.
• Locate & rerun Crystal later

Priority: Low

• Users of Crystal - probably archivists? - are likely to be fairly technical, which these added options have less value to
