Request for new block: enable camera

I'm looking for a block to enable the camera.

Running raspi-config is hardly an optino. It doesn't seem to be very simple, but also not too complex: https://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/14229/how-can-i-enable-the-camera-without-using-raspi-config. Still, too much for putting it into a "run command" block.
