SD card can't be found

Hi,

Suddenly I have some problems with my SD card and Pibakery (on Mac Mavericks). First, the SD card seems to work, because on windows and mac it is shown in explorer/finder.

I can set my blocks and can start write. Everything's fine. I can chose what drive I want to use and can click "start". The status is running forward and when it's full I get an error message (more or less this text):

SD Card can't be found. Try again or reinstall.

I did try all this. The SD Card isn't actually shown in my finder when this message appears. Before the message it is available.

What can I do now?

A reboot fixed for me.

to avoid rebooting, these two commands worked for me, sudo kextunload -b com.apple.driver.AppleSDXC sudo kextload -b com.apple.driver.AppleSDXC, more info can be found here

Thanks @redSlug - that's very useful to know. I had always just rebooted when I experienced this issue. I don't think there's much I can add into PiBakery to fix this, but if anyone has suggestions please let me know.

Hi I am on windows 10.. I am facing same issue (when the writing process is almost finished, light blinking in sd card reader stops and i get error that can't find sd).. Wht to do??
