tensorflow 2.3.0 python 3.8 no gpu no avx Linux ?

I am using a very old cpu Intel Pentium G3260 (2) @ 3.300GHz

I have a whl for windows but need one for linux.

Before I try to build for it, does the official install fail on your system? and if so, do you have any idea why?
