Just building the tree with OrthoFinder

Hi David! Thanks for developing this awesome tool! I would like to use the OrthoFinder to just build the gene tree and species tree. Would it be possible? I have some pre-assigned orthogroups from OrthoDB. I will like to continue reconstructing the tree with those sequences. I have multitple fasta files for all the orthogroups. For example: Orthogroup1.fasta, Orthogroup2.fasta...
