Hello, I was using orthofinder fine, then I closed it before it finished running the program, and then I got this error, and I reinstalled the program and still got this error. I installed orthofinder from conda. Version: Orthofinder 2.5.4 Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04 Also I noticed in the config.json that it's looking for "raxmlHPC-AVX2". I've confirmed that this is in my PATH. Please let me know if any other information is needed and thanks so much for any advice.

Hi, I am also facing the same issue. Using the absolute path to raxmlHPC-AVX in the config.json file and creating a link to raxmlHPC-AVX in bin are not resolving this problem. Please let me know if there are any other solutions I could try.

Luckily, I just solved the problem! #619 help me solve this problem. By deleting the raxml related files in /tmp/, I can successfully run the program.
