Can unclustered genes be defined as species-specific genes?

Hi David,

I found there are some genes that were paralogs only detected in one species in the file of Phylogenetic_Hierarchical_Orthogroups/N0.tsv. Can this kind of genes be referred as species-specific genes? How about other unclustered genes? They are also species-specific genes?

Best, Wei
