Add more flexibility to Flexible Item Decoration

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a way to have a custom height for the top and bottom edge decoration. I tried to add multiple decorations but the previous ones are overriden.

@AlexisQapa, maybe there is, but I can't check now, I need to analyse, this is a very low priority. Multiple decorations that do the same thing, they will go in conflict. Somebody can help.
