Page saying Subscription List Private, even though it isn't

As title says, I now get an overlay saying my subscription list is private, but I assure you I haven't changed anything, and went to check and it is not set to private. Did something change?

Most probably the same as #63 - please check in there.

I'm also getting this issue. I haven't changed any of my YouTube settings, and have double checked it isn't on Private. The page actually loads all of my videos as it should, and then before I can browse them the 'Your channel has private subscriptions' page drops down over it

Looks like this is back. And works again. Looks like YT blacked out for some time.
