No stable release on packagist since 2018

Will there be a stable release anytime soon? Or should I stick to using dev-master if I need the latest updates being pushed to this library?

So, if you look at the latest stable release of this library on packagist, it was released on 2018-02-14 22:37 UTC.

However, the github authorization method (in the stable release) is getting deprecated this month which has been fixed in the commit https://github.com/Lusitanian/PHPoAuthLib/commit/8efbaf4933d37f1a06bb96f3f0fdab8d14d794c3.

Hence, I wanted to know if this library will have a new stable release anytime soon (so that the new github auth method is used) because I don't want to use the bleeding edge dev-master branch.
