Add AppServer-in-PHP support

AiP is a very nice way to run persistent PHP processes that has integration with frameworks like Midgard, Symfony2 and Typo3. It would be great if node-php could connect to it.

There are some protocols you can use with AiP: https://github.com/indeyets/appserver-in-php/tree/master/AiP/Protocol
