KErnelExceed do not plot on windows 10

Hello, I am experiencing Openair with RStudio with some of my data. on Windows 10 I succeed to visualize the polarPlot but Kernelexceed does not plot anything.

When I use the same code on RStudio on Mac OS both polarPlot and KErnelExceed plot are visible.

I guess there is some issue with windows but I don't know where to search. Maybe some of you experienced the same issue.
