Problem running HYSPLIT

Dear sir I have downloaded meteorology data for the required year using the code provided. The HYSPLIT has also run using the Openair code. But after the files were downloaded in the Temp folder, an error message props up saying as "Error in read.table(file, header = FALSE, skip = 7) : no lines available in input In addition: Warning messages: 1: hms, hm and ms usage is deprecated, please use HMS, HM or MS instead. Deprecated in version '1.5.6'. 2: hms, hm and ms usage is deprecated, please use HMS, HM or MS instead. Deprecated in version '1.5.6'.

Is this issue still persisting when you follow the instructions in https://bookdown.org/david_carslaw/openair/sections/appendices/appendix-hysplit.html and use the up-to-date functions from the GitHub gist?
