PSCF weighting function, based on average no of endpoint

How to weight the PSCF result on the basis of average no of endpoint in trajLevel function. I wish to apply following weight 1.00 = n∆θ ≥3 ñ∆θ
0.80 = 1.5 ñ ∆θ ≥ n∆θ ≤ 3 ñ ∆θ 0.60 = 0.75 ñ ∆θ ≥ n∆θ ≤ 1.5 ñ ∆θ 0.40 = 0.30 ñ ∆θ ≥ n∆θ ≤ 0.75 ñ ∆θ 0.20 = n∆θ < 0.30 ñ ∆θ where, ñ ∆θ=average number of endpoints per grid cell over the entire domain through which the trajectories traverse; n∆θ=number of endpoints per grid cell over the entire domain through which the trajectories traverse
