makefile shwing *** no rule to make " x86_64 " plsss some one help

pls help its saying no rule to make idk what to do

Hmmm... the most likely problem is you have a typo in your Makefile or you are running the make command from the wrong directory.

Isn't it the makefile made as separate file

And I don't think i have any typing mistakes coz after sometime I even tried copy pasting the codes from here

Running ls in the root, shows the env folder that we CD'ed into, however when running the command it gives me this error, maybe it's the fact that there are no files in the env directory, i had issues running the docker image too, when i looked at the command to run for powershell only then it worked. however this issue is still bugging me.
