Wheels for arm mac

Hey,

Rure-python is excellent, it would be nice if there where wheels for ARM Macs.

Unfortunately, I don't have the cycles to work on rure-python at the moment. I haven't had a need for it at work for several years. There are a few other packaging related issues similar to this one. I would be happy to review PRs but I'm not planning on working on it anytime soon.

No worries, I've built a wheel for m1 and uploaded it under a new name of pypi, kodiak_rure, so I'm not blocked. I can send you an arm macos wheel for rure-python if you have time to upload it to pypi.

I would appreciate it if you didn't do that. It complicates things and can cause problems if people are trying to find the canonical version. You're free to upload it to a private PyPI server if you like.

@chdsbd can you please remove kodiak-rure from the public PyPI index?
