Remember origin/ticket authorization

Since I'm going to be feeding roost zephyr/zephyr tickets fairly frequently, it would be nice to have a tickbox to remember an authorization for 30 days or something.

In addition, we should add a popup-less ticket retrieval mechanism by iframe. It would only work if you have the authorization remembered and have unexpired tickets. But in that case, we'd avoid opening a popup and closing it.

The iframe could also help with renewal (#43). I'm not likely to have Webathena open constantly, but I will have Roost open. The non-interactive RPC iframe could also sit there renewing tickets.
