Include optional user principal in ticket request

If I'm already logged into an app (say, because it gave me an authentication token or just wants a newer zephyr/zephyr ticket), it's possible the user's on a different account in webathena.mit.edu already for some reason.

Include this in the API request and come up with a sensible UI for it (multiple sign-on?).
